Floating grab dredgers

For the grab of a floating dredger in gravel mining, we have engineered and constructed the hydraulic engine drive, the electrical control system as well as some customer-specific synchronized hydraulic cylinders. All assemblies have been designed and produced in-house by ATP Hydraulik.

The commissioning of the system could be done on-site by our customer service.

Technical facts:

• synchronized hydraulic-cylinders whitout regulation and whitout proportional valve
• adjustable speed via variable speed drive e-motor, controlled by an Eaton variable speed starter DE1
• Pressure-depending oscillation of the movement and holding pressure in the event of a foreign interference (colliding object) during the process
