Kneading systems

Project description:
The 50 liter kneader with its two kneading blades, works with a hydraulically rotating central blade and a hydraulically rotating planetary blade.
The planetary blade is driven by planetary gear ratio on a circular path around the central blade.
This kneading function is driven in a closed hydraulic circuit.
The installed power capacity is 2x 7.5 kW.
The rotational speed and the torque can be continuously adjusted.

The product to be kneaded is lifted up into a container of the kneading position and pressed close to the overhead cover. During the kneading process different procedural states are run through and thereby various powdered additives are added to finally achieve a homogeneous end product.

The lifting system has two synchronized hydraulic cylinders 50/36x710. And an installed capacity of 2.2 kW. This function is implemented in an open circuit.
