Update 18-01-2021
- Our employees work from home, where it is feasible and practicable for them to do so based on the type of activity
- There is a general obligation to wear a face mask throughout the entire company
- We have conversations to our customers and suppliers preferably by telephone, email, video conference
- Our project and sales team is reachable by telephone, email, video
- Visits to customers can be done in mutual agreement
- We meet visitors in our house by appointment only
- The customer service counter is opened
- Customer services and repairs on-site are carried out; entry restrictions to another country must be observed
- At all personal contacts the FOPH hygiene and distance regulations are strictly to be observed!
Update 19-10-2020
At an extraordinary meeting on October 18, the Federal Council introduced several further national measures to combat the rapid rise in coronavirus infections.
As of Monday, October 19, 2020, a mask must be worn in publicly accessible indoor areas.
- It is compulsory to wear a mask for visitors and for our staff at the customer service counter; as well as at the reception at the second floor, while serving the customer
- Visitors, customer, suppliers, wear a mask while visiting our company
- Our staff wears a mask at face-to-face meetings, sessions, training courses and other conversations
Update 16-10-2020
In the canton of Schwyz, as of Friday, October 16, 2020, a general obligation to wear a face mask in publicly accessible interior spaces only applies if the required distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained.
Throughout the company the FOPH hygiene and distance regulations are continuing to be observed. If the distance cannot be maintained, medical face masks have to be worn.

- at all personal contacts the FOPH hygiene and distance regulations are strictly to be observed! Disinfectants are available throughout the company, for visitors and staff. If the distance of at least 2 meters cannot be maintained during certain work, masks are available and recommended to be worn. The company is cleaned frequently.
Important information for our customers
We have regular contact with our partners and plants to receive information about current deliveries. Regardless of this, we are in frequent contact with our logistics partners so that we are always up to date on the actual transport situations.

there are no serious delays known or to be expected at the moment. Should delivery difficulties still occur, affected customers will be informed immediately and orders will be re-confirmed
