Eaton Power XL variable frequency drives

PowerXL DE1 variable speed starter

With 14 basic parameters, SmartWire-DT connectivity, and an intuitive configuration module, the MoellerTM series PowerXL DE1 setup and commissioning is easy for any panel builder or MOEM. The DE1 was designed for customers who have basic application but still require variable frequency and advanced motor protection. The PowerXL DE1 allows customers to simplify their design and reduce installation and commissioning time while introducing an innovative solution to their system.

PowerXL DG1 variable frequency drive

The DG1 general purpose drives form part of Eaton’s proven PowerXL series, and they are specifically designed for use in demanding, cutting-edge applications. The DG1 is a universal drive, with a special emphasis on pumps, fans and conveyor belts. Thanks to their energy-saving algorithm, high short-circuit rating and sturdy design, the DG1 devices offer enhanced efficiency, safety and reliability and come with all major global approvals. In addition to easy handling and a space-saving design, the DG1 drive is also characterized by a comprehensive range of on-board interfaces and communication protocols. The existing inputs/outputs can be expanded via two additional slots. By means of an optionally available WLAN module, the devices can also be easily integrated into industrial wireless networks. With mains voltages of 230 V, 400 V to 500 V, and 525 V to 600 V, the DG1 drives cover the performance range from 0.75 kW to 630 kW.

PowerXL DA1 advanced variable frequency drives

The DA1 is the ideal drive for demanding applications that are speed- and torque-dependent. Eaton’s PowerXL product family delivers outstanding performance regarding motor control and modularity. Thanks to the enhanced performance range (up to 250 kW) and the option of a higher degree of protection (IP66), the DA1 can be used across a wide range of applications. With the integrated EMC filter, braking transistor and the Modbus RTU and CANopen protocols on board, the DA1 is ready for use straight out of the box for a variety of applications. Customer-specific adjustments are made possible by the integrated function block editor, which allows for maximum flexibility.

PowerXL DC1 compact variable frequency drives

The PowerXL DC1 variable frequency drive stands out with its small size and user-friendly interface. The DC1 was specifically developed for use in standard applications such as fans, pumps and conveyors. With the activation of additional parameters and functionalities, the DC1 can also cover demanding applications involving IE4 (Super Premium Efficiency) motors. Thanks to their quick and simple commissioning, the DC1 drives are ideally suited for mass production. With various available mains voltages and a performance range of 0.37 kW to 22 kW, the DC1 also offers maximum flexibility.
